At BigHatStore, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn hats in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Hat

  Place the hat carefully in its original box with all tags attached to ensure it maintains its shape and quality during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
